Refund/Return Policy FAQs
Do you offer refunds for membership fees?
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. This is because membership fees reserve physician availability, care coordination, messaging access, platform access, review time, and ongoing clinical support.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments or the current active billing period. To cancel your membership contact us.
Do you prorate unused membership time?
Memberships are generally not prorated. Because the membership reserves access, physician time, care coordination, and program infrastructure. Unused visits or unused messaging access do not automatically convert into a refund or credit.
Are completed visits refundable?
No. Completed medical visits, physician consultations, chart reviews, care planning, lab reviews, and clinical services are not refundable once rendered.
What if I miss an appointment?
If you need to reschedule or you miss your appointment, please contact us as early as possible.
Are lab tests refundable?
Lab testing is generally non-refundable once the order has been placed, the specimen kit has shipped, the blood draw has occurred, or the lab has begun processing.
Are supplements refundable?
For safety and quality-control reasons, opened supplements, vitamins, peptides, injectables, compounded items, and personalized wellness products are generally non-refundable. Refrigerated products, even if unopened, are non-refundable. If your product is unopened and you would like a refund, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
What if a product arrives damaged?
Please contact us promptly with photos of the damaged product, packaging, order number, and delivery information. Send photos and all relevant information to support@clearpathintegrative.com
Are assessment fees refundable?
Assessment fees are generally non-refundable once clinical preparation, lab ordering, testing, physician review, or care planning has started. If no services have been initiated, partial refund eligibility may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Legal Policy Statement: All refunds, returns, cancellations, and credits are subject to applicable law, medical regulations, pharmacy rules, third-party lab policies, and vendor policies. This policy does not override any rights required by state or federal law.
