Do you accept insurance?

No. This approach allows us to spend much more time with you to get to know you and your specific needs, so that we can better assess your condition, order the right labs, etc. HSA/FSA may be used.

Which states do you serve?

We currently operate in a handful of states but are expanding to more. Contact us for availability.

How is Clear Path different from other telemedicine health providers?

We’re different because we give you direct access to your physician, not a “care coordinator”.

Can I cancel my membership plan at anytime?

Yes. Our plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. If you are hesitant to commit to a plan, we also offer a one-time health audit for only $99. Click here for more info.

What if I have another doctor?

We can collaborate with your existing providers, if needed.

How are labs completed?

Our labs are completed through Labcorp, Quest, or at-home kits.

Can my Health Audit be done in-person?

No. Health Audits are conducted exclusively through our telemedicine platform and are not available as in-person visits.

Can I cancel my scheduled Health Audit and get a refund?

Yes. You may cancel your scheduled Health Audit and receive a refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. To submit a cancellation request contact us.

What if I’m not happy with my Health Audit experience… Can I get a refund?

No. Once your Health Audit has been completed and services have been rendered, refunds are not provided.

Will my $99 Health Audit payment be credited towards a membership plan if I decide to sign up for one?
